Pie Crust

Pie Crust
Makes 1 pie crust (9 in.)

1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
6 T. shortening
2-3 T. cold water

Mix flour and salt, cut in shortening. Gradually add cold water mixing until flour is moistened. Bake at 475 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
