Country Fried Chicken

Country Fried Chicken

1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1c. flour
2 t. garlic salt
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1 t. black pepper

Mix together the milk and egg, dip the chicken in the mixture. Mix all the dry ingredients in a paper bag, then put the chicken in the paper bag and shake to coat the chicken. Fry the chicken.
