Pan-Fried Flank Steak

Pan-Fried Flank Steak

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
salt
pepper
dry mustard
2 T softened butter

See link to website for step by step instructions and photos.  I cooked to 130 degrees and deglazed the pan with a little water and about 1 T additional butter.  Delicious!
